Overview

06AM ("we", "the app") is a mission-based alarm app for iOS. Your privacy matters. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data stored on your device

The following is stored locally on your iPhone and is not transmitted to our servers:

• Alarm schedules and mission settings
• Push-up rep counts, streaks, and wake-up records
• Onboarding preferences (wake time, reason, commitment signature)
• App settings (strict mode, alarm sounds, bedtime schedule)

Camera usage

The camera is used only during active missions:

• Push-ups: Live pose detection counts your reps on-device. No video is recorded or saved.
• Photo missions: A single frame is analyzed on-device using Apple's Vision framework to verify completion. The photo is not uploaded or stored.
• Find object: Same on-device analysis. Nothing leaves your phone.

Subscriptions

06AM Pro purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive only anonymized subscription status via StoreKit. We do not collect payment card details.

Data we do not collect

• We do not sell personal data
• We do not upload camera footage or photos
• We do not track your location
• We do not use third-party advertising networks
• We do not require an account or email to use the app

Notifications

If you enable notifications, they are delivered by Apple's push notification system. We do not store notification content on external servers.

Children

06AM is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. The latest version is always available at zero6am.com/privacy.
